Having Trouble Logging In?
Don't worry! Most login issues can be resolved with a simple password reset.
Important Notice for All Members
If you haven't logged in since November, you must reset your password.
This will solve 99% of all login issues! Please try this before contacting support.

Go to the login page
Navigate to the MCUC login page

Click "Forgot Password?"
Look for the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form

Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your MCUC account

Check your email
Click the reset link in the email we send you and follow the instructions to set a new password
